First Sparks

The hero of the book is a high school senior. One day he returns home and sees that there’s a fire in the apartment. Trying to save his younger sister hiding in the bathroom from smoke, the young man dies in our world and is transferred to a parallel world. There he learns that he has extraordinary magical abilities—but magic of Fire is forbidden for him. Nevertheless, every member of the almost destroyed magical clan places great hopes on the young man. As for him, he wants most of all to bring his sister back to life—something he finds out was done as a sacrifice to the Fire. It can be done, but it’s not easy.
