Open Ending

Andrey Zhvalevsky and Yevgeniya Pasternak are a successful writing duo, winners of many literary awards. Along with interesting fantasy plots, the authors often raise sharp social topics related to the problems of children and teenagers and ask important questions for them. The plot of the novel “An Open Ending” revolves around ballroom dancing. At the center are the young students of a dance studio. Teenagers often have to endure a lot—unrequited feelings, difficulties communicating with their parents, and the search for their own “self.” But the characters’ personal problems fall into the background before a common trouble, when the fate of their coach is put under threat. Complex twists will lead to a fairly open ending that will change the heroes and surely give listeners plenty to think about.
