Description

London’s best hotel, “The Grand Babylon,” where members of royal and other noble European families often stay, is taken over by a new owner. Theodore Rackstroll, an American millionaire, decides to buy the hotel purely out of whim. The previous owner of the “Babylon” warns the American that he will regret his decision.
