I was sure the New Year would be lonely and predictable—until, on December 31st, a sorcerer showed up in my store. And now I find out that because of him I sold regular people bewitched Christmas ornaments, and eleven unsuspecting families ended up in magical worlds. The sorcerer is desperate to save them on his own, but I don’t believe him—I’ll personally make sure he doesn’t make any new mistakes. So instead of a Christmas tree, tangerines, and o1ivier, I’m faced with castles and forests, the past and the future, Hollywood and fairy-tale monsters—and the strangest, most important New Year of my life.
