The author offers a unique training methodology for managers, based on the principles of the famous Russian commander A.V. Suvorov. In his view, on the basis of Suvorov’s "Science of Victory," a new managerial and business culture can be created in a company—closely tied to national roots, and therefore more stable and resilient to external pressures.
Eye for measurement (an adequate assessment of the situation), speed and pressure, the ability to carry out enormous tasks by involving a small group of people, learning by doing—these are the core principles that allowed Suvorov, over 40 years, not to lose a single battle. They are applicable to the behavioral models of the modern manager. The author’s conclusions are supported by examples from contemporary Russian business practice.
