An anti-utopia steeped in Philip K. Dick’s paranoia.

The 20th century was full of bloodshed. To put an end to wars once and for all, the governments of all countries unite. All major decisions are now made according to algorithms of the supercomputer "Vulcan." Peace for the whole world is guaranteed by a machine. But people aren’t ready for the machine to take the place of God.

The new order threatens total catastrophe, especially since "Vulcan" has its own plan—and it’s not certain it’s in humanity’s best interests.
