There are people who work and work and work, and after 15 years something starts to work out for them.
And there are people who think about something, wished for it, and made the minimum of simple, necessary efforts to achieve it— and the desired thing appears in their life!
Not only do such people achieve a lot in life, they do it easily. They hardly strain at all, and if they do strain, then sometimes only a little. Their work is in no way comparable to the work of those people who “toil” through life. If they did strain, then sometimes only a little.
The correct setting of goals is about what actions you should take in this world, where to go to work, who to become friends with, what to give up, what obstacles to bypass, and what ways to get around obstacles to find. The Luck model is, first of all, about how to think correctly. What you must picture how to picture. What you would like to picture and what it is not necessary to picture. And, finally, what under no circumstances, no matter what, you must not picture. What you must not think, and what state you must not enter, if you don’t want the process—even an unstarted one—to end. The Luck model starts with teaching a person the basics of this mental discipline—at the level of thinking, imagining, and images. People are given the correct mental templates.
Course program:
1. Your own goals
“Your own” goals are achieved easily. If you move toward your own goals, you enjoy both the result and the process. If something doesn’t please you, then it isn’t your goal. In this block you will learn how to determine your true goals and desires. This is precisely what joyful life consists of: moving toward your goals.
2. Motivation
Types of motivation. Pros and cons of negative and positive motivation. How to motivate yourself correctly.
3. Steps for belief
You need to set a goal and support your belief that this goal will be realized. Because if you only set a goal, you may start to doubt: “What if it doesn’t work?”, “I don’t have the necessary skills and connections for it.” This exercise is intended to increase your factor of belief.
4. Mental discipline
A person cannot structure their life without sorting out their thoughts. Few people live according to these principles. A lot is said about discipline, control over emotions, but it’s hard to talk about controlling behavior if you don’t control your thoughts.
5. Annihilation of desires
One of the common mistakes of people who dream a lot but get no results is the annihilation of desires—that is, the mutual destruction of desires. We will explain how to make desires not get in each other’s way.
6. Annihilation of paths
Another widespread mistake is the annihilation of paths. Ideally, we should care about the end goals—the thing we really want in the end. And the paths to achieve it should be left to the subconscious. To sort this out completely, you will have an exercise.
7. Making wishes in detail
Here you will look in detail at making a wish using the example of meeting girls. You will learn how to formalize a desire correctly, how to better define criteria for fulfillment, and how to set a trigger for the wish to be fulfilled under certain conditions.
8. Models of wishing
Here 3 sub-models of a person who makes wishes are considered. You can use any of these models depending on your emotional predisposition to a certain type of activity. Using these models leads to higher effectiveness. Here is a vivid example of using the surfer model:
9. The loop of negative experience
This block will help you get rid of your fears and negative memories. If we fear hooligans, hooligans will constantly show up; if we fear women, “terrifying women” will constantly appear; if we fear flying on an airplane, the boss with idiotic persistence will send you on business trips by plane. Attempts to convince yourself consciously lead to nothing. The only correct intervention is to change your emotional state using special exercises.
10. Signs of fate
Searching for signs is used when you don’t even know whether you need it. In that case you will be able to clearly determine whether you should go toward your intended goal.
11. Closing the gestalt
If we experience an action fully, then the subconscious marks for itself that the process is finished—that everything is fine and you can move on. And then everyone is surprised why we wanted it so much, but in the real world it didn’t happen. A special exercise is aimed at eliminating this mistake.
12. The overvalued idea
The mistake of an overvalued idea lies in the fact that when a person programs themselves for a certain result—excessive fixation, excessive emotional involvement, excessive emotional tension that the person experiences— they automatically block the achievement of the desired. This block explains how to avoid this mistake.
13. Ratification of the process
A very large number of people pass by their luck. When you start some process, life begins to give you signals, preconditions, suggestions, hints. In this block you will learn how to correctly support the process of realizing a wish and how to determine in which direction in life you should be moving right now.
14. The last step
Based on research experience, very often desires either aren’t fulfilled or are endlessly postponed in time— they “hang” at the stage where only the last step remains for full realization. To make this step easy and pleasant, the exercise “push it through” is used.
