What could link a lucky thief, a well-known collector, and a successful young businessman? Only death! All three are killed by a painting by an old Dutch master—of which they were the owners. Their deaths seem inexplicable. Just as inexplicable as the resemblance of the painting’s new owner, the owner of a tiny art gallery, Katya Solovyova, to the red-haired beauty depicted in the canvas. A trail of mystical deaths stretches back to the distant past, but the killer painting has accomplices in the present too.
