The author of the training is a psychotherapist doctor, a certified specialist in the field of hypnosis—Aleksey Alekseevich Kozlov. The CD itself is an application to the author’s book of the same name. It consists of three parts.
1. A Walk in the Forest. Indications: rapid falling asleep, relaxation, restoring strength, flexibility in decision-making, motivation to achieve goals, self-confidence, detachment from immediate problems and worries, activation of subconscious creative resources.
2. Rest by the Water. Indications: maintaining a sense of calm and stability in various external stressful situations, motivation to achieve goals, a sense of confidence in one’s own abilities.
3. Sleep on a Summer Night. Indications: pushing out and neutralizing various psychologically traumatic events, acquiring a feeling of inner peace and stability, forming new behavior, motivation to achieve the goal, relaxation and deep sleep.
