Attempts to explain to Nicholas II the incorrectness of the country’s financial-economic model do not lead to the desired result: the tsar is deaf to the voice of reason. Seeing no other way out, Vladimir Alexandrovich uses the alien’s knowledge and abilities and takes power into his own hands.
