The Golem (play)

Description
Listen to the dramatization of the most famous novel by the Austrian expressionist writer Gustav Meyrink! A mystical story unfolding between waking life and dreams in early 20th-century Prague became a real bestseller of the 20th century and made the author famous. A mix of Kafkaesque sadness, the medieval spirit of springtime Prague streets, Kabbalistic symbolism, and detective riddles—all of it is “The Golem.” And there is also the creature—a monster made of clay by a medieval master. In its mouth, there is a mysterious pentagram without which it turns into a pile of earth. But God forbid you meet the Golem on the streets of night-time Prague—even five hundred years later...
