Astrel and the Guardian of the Forest

The name of this wonderful princess sings in the air—Astre! But the girl has no time for songs, and certainly no time for laughter. She has become a captive of the treacherous and evil king. The good news is: she has real friends! Of course it’s the Keeper of the Forest, the wizard Alësha, and his wonderful cat, Vaska. When a letter asking for help appears on the table out of nowhere, there is no time to hesitate. But how can one find the mysterious sender—who lives not even in another city, but in a fairy tale? There is nothing easier! That’s what magical chalk is for. If it is held by a real wizard, the key drawn by him can open any door. And that door will surely lead to where it needs to.
And the artist Alësha is—indeed—a wizard. Together with the talking cat Vaska, he sets off on an extraordinary journey to save Princess Astre from the cruel sorcerer Kargor.
