In front of us is a post-apocalyptic future: its inhabitants have access to advanced technologies alongside supernatural abilities, and firearms coexist closely with magic. An ex-fighter of the special unit “Black Hawks,” and now a private detective, Anchar Kroy, is widely known both among law enforcement and in the criminal world. He is serious, and nobody will joke with him—because besides extraordinary health and excellent shooting skills, Kroy also has combat magic skills, and at a very solid level.

One day, one of the corporations—essentially the ones that rule this world by dividing power among themselves—contacts him. They offer him an investigation into a series of mysterious disappearances and ritual murders. Kroy would probably have turned down the job if not for the killers’ calling card, which closely matches the one he and his unit encountered while investigating a case from many years ago. That earlier investigation ended with the deaths of many of his friends and the disbanding of the squad. Kroy accepts the job, picks up the trail, and this time intends to find and punish the guilty.
