In the new episode of the podcast, we paid a visit to the art director of “My MTS” Ekaterina Kurch. Katya took a path from graphic design, theater, and ceramics into studio work, product design, and art direction at MTS. We talked like people about how one of the most loaded teams in the company works—one that creates a product for 80 million subscribers. We discussed which competencies are important for a product designer, what Katya pays attention to when hiring, what mistakes most often show up in test tasks, and also highlighted current vacancies (see below).
