We had a call with the art director of Webinar.ru, Sasha Danilov. Webinar is part of the MTS ecosystem. Sasha told us how domestic products for online education and corporate conference calling were created and evolved—and how they replaced the Western services that were gone. We talked about how Sasha moved from being a home webmaster and a printing specialist to interface design. We discussed the skill set of a modern specialist, and why an already formed product team for a junior is preferable to one that is only forming. Why are modern corporations interested in making sure employees don’t burn out? Sasha also talked about product metrics and how the team organizes processes internally.
By tradition, we voiced the requirements for a product design lead and a senior designer needed for an open position (a link below in the description).
